Meet Troy Jarrell
Troy is an Army veteran and graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. He spent years running structured residential accounts and scaling cleaning operations at massive commercial sites — including John Deere and Red Gold processing facilities in Indiana.
That background brought three things to Lanai Guy: a deep understanding of chemical applications and asset preservation, structured SOPs for every visit, and an obsession with cycle time so recurring customers stay profitable on both sides.
Today he runs Lanai Guy out of Punta Gorda — focused on Deep Creek and the rest of Charlotte County — with a route-density strategy that lets a $25 weekly visit make sense for both you and the business.
